Is there no way to upgrade my Fences 3 to 5?

[Fixed] Fences loaded, but my Fence doesn't appear in Fences Stardock Forums

Uninstalled, clean Fences registries, and disabled WinPatrol during reinstallation process fixed the issue. On startup, Fences seems to be loaded, I can drag right click on desktop to create a new Fence. But all my saved Fences does not appear until I open Fences app and go to "Color & appearance" tab.
