Loading a save game for the tutorial resets the tutorial objectives to the initial "Build a City", no matter what stage the player is at. Completing a later objective causes the objectives to go back to normal. For example, when the objective was "build a pioneer", I started building a pioneer, then saved and quit. Upon loading the game, my objective became "build a city". However, when the pioneer was complete, my objective changed to "construct an outpost".
I'll be adding to this list as I play through the game. So far: Research -> Civilization -> Mining: the "Smelter" tooltip has a blank line before the description of the effect. Research -> Warfare -> Standing Army: The main description reads "This equipment, crude as they are compared to their more powerful cousins, are nonetheless effective tools when reclaiming the wilderness, and defending your settlements from attack (...)". The options menu has no tooltips for any of the options. This is a problem, especially for new players, since headings like "Smart Player Colors" are far from self-explanatory.
Bump because I've just encountered the same bug in 0.915. Stranger still, the resolution was correctly detected AND higher than 1024x768, yet an error message still came up saying it was too low. As with OP, clicking OK allowed the game to launch normally.
