@Frogboy My favorite wish for LH is a great overhaul of the diplomacy-system. You wrote that you perhaps will do this in Update 1.5. Are there concrete plans for it? What will you change or implement in diplomacy-system?

I totally agree to your points, Brainjuggler! Diplomacy needs a great overhaul. Frogboy wrote in following thread, that the developers perhaps will care about diplomacy in patch 1.5. https://forums.elementalgame.com/447256/page/1/#3385966 "Next up for Fallen Enchantress We have some stuff in the works but it’ll be awhile before we’re ready t
You could try and reduce the amount of other AI empires. E.g. trying a large map with only 4 or 5 opponents. There should be enough time to build up your own empire until opponents borders reach yours. My impression: AI is very likely to declare war on you, if they have a higher power rating. If AI has a minor rating, it is very unlikely that it declares war on you. I don´t think, that diplomacy is the strongest part of the game. I would be happy, if the devolpers would
The wildland bosses and their strong armies should only leave their domain, when you enter the lands or your borders touch theirs. Goodie huts in wildlands are often without a boss or army, because the monsters walk around everywhere in the world and leave their land without reason. Don´t understand that thing, if it´s not a bug.

[quote who="Stupidity10" reply="11" id="3341831"] Its a bug people. For some reason certain wildlands creatures roam, seems like any wildland lair next to the wildland border just gets up and leaves. Ive seen All kinds of ice wargs, obsidian golems and oliphidians just cruisin the map and leaving their lairs unguarded. The obsidian golems are kinda funny because they are supposed to sit on the border lairs guarding the imperium, but because they are near the border
@Joeherbert48 Your the absolut best and coolest...no more words to your comment. Don't feed the troll! The Iron Golem came out of the Shattered Lands. My cities haven't reached their borders into the Lands. I had stationed my complete army in the 2. attacked city and had no chance to win the fight. I played with LH 0.75 on difficulty Normal. Golem has Defense about 35 and Attack about 54. No chance at early game.
I started game with Tarth, build up three cities. Then there came a Iron Golem and destroyed city number 2. Six turns later he destroyed city number 3. I had all my troops in the city and got not the glimpse of a chance against this unbeatable freak. That is not really fun. So there should be a border for such strong monsters, not to ravage cities. It´s ok to attack troops and parties outside, but please let the cities go. There is absolutly nothing I could have done against the
