Does this work with WoM 1.4? I have After the War 1.10 installed and tried to grab this and Aritfact 5.8. When I "play a new game" I don't see any new soverigns or "races" to choose from. Any suggestions? **EDIT** After reading the instructions a little closer I realize now that I needed to extract this one to the mods folder.... let me give that a try.
