So I built my capital city at the game start, but hated the name it was given...so I renamed it. After a long time of playing, I noticed that none of the description boxes, quest's, or...welll...anything referenced MY city. It was still called the original name. My capital displays the name I gave it, but everywhere else it is refered to by its original name. Ithis gets annoying as I rename all my cities, and its hard to figure out which was which when I get a mess
