I've started to watch numerous "Monster" stacks and stacks from "quest zone areas". I have noticed that AI cities are completely ignored by these wandering stacks. EG. A Strong Guardian Statue army started next to a enemy city with only an archer inside, and moved past it over 4 turns to approach a huge stack belonging to me south of the town. Working as intending or is this something that needs to be fixed?
