Wow! My thanks goes out to everybody who replied here - I never knew the soundtrack was layered. That makes it very interesting. Nor did I know that there was new music added in FE. I searched so long to find any new music from the expansion packs but could only find one song on YouTube. But I am glad to know that the soundtrack is up to par with the rest of the game. Consider my questions answered.
