Ah, alright. Seems to have stopped for the time being, thanks for clearing that up.

It can occur if a planet is getting close to flipping by culture and in this case, it appears to have taken place several times.
Alright, that explains it. But why do the rebels just sit there? They seem to be pilling up and the only thing its causing me is annoyance and a small drop in performance when I zoom in on the planet.
Can you post an image of the planet's infocard and one of one of the neutral ship's infocards?
Sure, heres one of the planet:

And one of the ships:

I logged in here today to see how people were dealing with this. I like an extra challenge, but this seems excessive to me. The rebel force is MASSIVE, very early in the game, which is why they're taking the planets so quickly. I'd prefer the option to tone this down or turn it off, like the pirates. Otherwise, is it possible to remove the DLC and go back to Forbidden Worlds?
The problem is, the only
Hey all, I'm having a very odd problem, that only just started as I got into a new game including the newest DLC, "Stellar Phenomena" (also including the "Forbidden Worlds DLC"). Now , I am playing as the TEC rebels, I have all research, colonized most planets throughout the game ( I am playing on a Huge Randomly generated map) and I have encountered a problem where rebel forces will jump to one of my planets, and I will instantly loose that planet as one of
I second this, I would love to see this option as sometimes when playing huge maps allys will be in a completely different star system while your surrounded by 3 or 4 different enemys, I don't usually last long, to be honest. :P
Well your not the only one. (https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/421378 ) Try some of the suggestions posted there.
It tells me that the game is up to date. I have it set to automatically update the files. When I try to start the game though it tells me something along the lines of "this game is unavailable, try again later."
Did you restart steam? I saw another post about a guy who was having a similar problem. Try Verifying the integrity of game cache. Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.
It should do it automatically. If not right click on SOASE Rebellion Beta, then properties > Updates > and set it too automatic updating, then it will download by itself. (if not, try what I said then restart Steam.)

I thought this had sunk into the depths of the Sins forums by now.
Quoting Rovert10, reply 14What is going on in here? Nothing is happening just don't misspell anything
You forgot the period at the end of every sentence.
They are not captured automatically. From what I know there is chance they will take the vessel after a short ammount of time for your faction or the boarding party will die trying, also make sure its not sending a demolition team instead of a boarding party. Hope I helped. :)
As seen at 2:50 each ship has there own original phase space effects. Its a video, that wasn't recorded in the game. The game has one set phase jump affect for each faction, so changing that would probably be more trouble than its worth.
Alright then, I know it wasn't recorded in-game, just thought it would be cool if it was the same effects. Thanks for your quick responses.
If you have ships from multiple factions (ie, TEC and Advent) all of there phase space effects default to the faction the player is playing as, example if playing as TEC and you have captured advent ships, there phase space effects become the same as other TEC ships that where not captured (ones that you built). Not sure if this was meant to happen, but after seeing the end of the full intro video with all the ships having there normal phase space effects, I thought it may be
Awesome! Can't wait to see how the balancing went.
Its a planet bonus that does nothing but unlock that achievement. You probably got it from capturing and exploring an occupied planet, they seem to have it every time. Its something of a running community joke since the original Sins.
Good to know, still don't understand how that has any relation to Ponies but it sure had me thinking "Um...What?"
I have been working to get as many achievements as I can in Rebellion before the official release (so far 16/63) and this one caught me off guard... Well, story was I was playing a game on a medium sized map and all of a sudden I get this achievement titled: Space Ponies!... What I am mainl

Its been a while now and I have successfully built the cannon. I guess if anyone else has this issue it will pop up again sooner or later. Un
I'm playing as TEC loyalist, and I have tried to construct a Novalith Cannon on 2 planets (First the capital, then an asteroid). I even selected the construction bots and told them to build it, but the green line indicating they where going there would stay for about 1 second then disappear/build on another structure. I tried both when there was no other structures to build and when there was other things to construct. Right now it takes up the last of my Tactical slots (35/35)</p

This is real easy to reproduce: Just be TEC rebels and have Truce Amongst Rogues research, after that the neutral empire guarding the planet that your supposed to capture to be victorious is your "ally" effectively stopping you from winning the game this way.
Anyone got the Developer.exe handy? Don't know if it would work now that where back at 0.62 But hey, I'll wait If I have too. :P

This is obviously the end of the world...
Hello, Just letting you guys know (Hoping this is the right place to post). When playing as the Advent loyalists, with flagship victory mode on, go to the "Overload engine" ability and instead of "The" it is spelt "Ths" surely by accident. Happy gaming!
