Okay, I'm probably missing something obvious. I want to right-click on open programs and close them, but right clicking in the taskbar doesn't do anything. If I right-click a lot it comes up with the attached menu, which doesn't look like it relates. EDIT: It looks like this is specifically on the secondary monitor taskbar. Thanks. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/44/85/4485844/c4251b71-20af-44bf-93d0-d9ebea42e81e.png" alt="" width="213" height=

I'd swear I had a system tray on the taskbar on my second monitor. I did a drag and drop trying to grab an item on my taskbar and I believe I drag-and-dropped my second system tray away. 🙁 I can't figure out how to get it back. Googling gives me nothing and I'm beginning to think I might have imagined it being there, but my instincts are to look there for it which makes me think it was there. Also there look like too many open icons in that taskbar now. 😕 <p

Hi Basj, 1. Windows 11 Home v22H2, OS Build 22621.4169 2. Start11 version 2.11 3. Citrix version 24.5.10.29(2405.10) 4. I don't have video, but here are a couple of screenshots. I am logged into a remote Windows 10 desktop session using Citrix. Below is what this should look like. Note that when Citrix is active it should be showing the taskbar from the remote desktop. The Notepad window is on the remote desktop. <img src="https://cdn.stardo

I use Citrix to work from home remotely. Often when I switch to my Citrix workspace, the Start11 taskbar remains on top. Sometimes I have to click on Citrix in the taskbar multiple times to make the taskbar for the remote workspace appear on the screen. When switching to a Citrix window to use it as a remote desktop, the Start11 taskbar should please disappear in favour of the Citrix one. I don't know if this is a bug, or if there's a setting for it somewhere tha

Turns out a lot of the problems are with categorisation and weighting of the tech tree rather than the AI itself. The below two mods (by Tolmekian and MarvinKosh repsectively) do a remarkably good job of correcting those issues: https://forums.stardock.com/405819 https://forums.stardock.com/400674 P.S. I only discovered GalCiv II with the Ultim

One of the things I loved about Galactic Civilisations was that it punished you economically (with maintenance costs) for gratuitous militarisation. As a result the game had a lot more layers than just being an arms race...

The real interesting one IMO will be Windows 8 vs Windows 7. Will people embrace Windows 8 or will there be howls of protest and people digging in their heels about upgrading...

The invulnerability thing's hella suspicious and that sort of behind the scenes manipulation would be very much their style. I'm mostly playing campaign so far but I have NEVER seen a spy steal a technology no matter how many of them I throw at an empire. (I really had hoped for some juicy Dread Lord ones, too...)

Hmm, so 50:50 with an added suggestion of Tournament Scenarios (which sound essentially like single-scenario campaigns). I still have to play through ToA, when I've done that I think I'll develop a campaign and some Tournament Scenarios. I already have some ideas... Thanks. [EDIT] P.S. How hard do people think a campaign should be? About as hard as the existing campaigns? Or harder?

Hmm, I think qrtxian's winning. :) I have another one: In the Dark Avatar campaign I had to capture the planet Dithir (I think it's immediately after the one after where you have to plant spies on Dithir). After bunkering down, barely surviving the Dread Lord's repeated attempts to wipe me from the map I worked my way up the tech tree until I could build a huge Battleship, packed to the brim with Doom Rays. Oh yeah! :) So I bought one. I
