That works in XP and it controls draging icons off the bar in Vista. But it has no effect on allowing me to drag and drop new shortcuts onto the dock. So I'm still looking for a solution. Thanks, Bob
I've got Object Dock Plus. I'm dual booting XP and Vista. In XP I'm able to drag a shortcut from the desktop to a dock and have it added automatically to the dock. In Vista when I do the same drag and drop I get the "you can't do that here" symbol (circle with a slash through it) and am not able to drop the shortcut on a dock. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled with no improvement. What magic check box am I missing?</
I've used Ztree since it was in beta as ZtreeBold for OS/2. I still use ZtreeWin part time. I do find myself using Powerdesk more often than Ztree now.
That is ObjectDock Plus, which is not a part of Object Desktop. I've had ObjectDock Plus for a long time and never saw that tab style amoung the choices. I just took another look and found it. Thanks, that's just what I've been looking for.
Sorry for this being slightly off topic. But, there is a dock, task bar,object bar or something similar showing just above the task bar at the bottom of the second picture under the WindowBlinds 6 discussion. It shows "Main Apps Internet Util Games" on a transparent background. I've seen this in a number of Stardock screen shots. Which OD program is this and which skin is being used? I've been on VOIP for just over a month with VoicePulse also.. I'm very impressed so far. I can't believe the feature list. Voice quality is equal to POTS so far.

Some of us need a hint on how to access the 2K5 site. I went to the link above and entered my email address and password. My name showed up in the page header, but like others here all I could get is the message that the site was only available to Wincustomize subscribers.

potsofdirt, How are you getting to try out OD+ before buying? Based on the reviews I would probably buy it if I could just get a demo or see something more than screen shots.
I'm very tempted to buy OD+ but I'd still like to see it in action first. A time, use or feature limited demo would be great. But as a minimum I would like to see the "Stardock TV" demonstration that Brad indicated would be coming soon. Bob Frank
