As per title. Even with manual improvement placement on, the game autoplaces the free levelup improvements you get at city level 3+, which really irks my OCD. Is there a way to manually place these free improvements that I am not aware of?

It's easy to replicate. Simply start a game, finish at least one turn, go to the Hiergamenon and you'll see all AI Sovereigns gain weird traits. If you go back to the menu and start a new game you will see the same thing. Restarting the game fixes it in the Sovereign screen but not in existing saves.

Is good and evil not determined by your actions (and the values and beliefs of the observer)? You aren't good because you are incapable of doing evil things, you're good because you choose not to do evil things. Get what I'm saying? In other words, sovereigns are not inherently good or evil: if your "good" sovereign uses an "evil" spell, then they aren't good are they? They're evil because they do evil things. A list of bugs I've encountered so far in FE Beta. I'm sure some (if not all) of these have been reported, but here we go. - AI sovereigns in the game will gain a bunch of strange traits after ending the first turn (they all get Merchant I and one or more "Path of the" traits).
