I can't find a mod to make it easier to see where I can move in tactical combat. I've read about it before, but now that I'm looking for it, I can't find it.

Echo the summons sentiment. Mana free cantrips that allow Mages to be useful when you're low on, or are saving, mana. Spells that affect other game play systems more directly (Okay, I'm actually just wishing there was some form of Religion in this game, and I believe Religion through Magic fits the game's lore best.).
Before my PC died? Warlock 2, AoW3; Endless Legend. I only started playing this game again because it runs on my laptop, and I bought and played Heroes of Might and Magic V, the original Age of Wonders (I already owned the second), and mods for Civ' IV until I was bored before picking this game back up. This isn't even including the Sci-Fi or Historical genres, which I consider separate from fantasy, or games of other genres.
All races need a unique unit like the Juggernaut. I shouldn't need to play every race once to teach it how to build units that don't suck before playing a Custom Faction if I don't want to auto-win against the AI every time.
