Tooltips in diplomacy/trade screen? in FE Beta Elemental Forums

I'm a tad confused about trading tech to an AI. First off I do no understand what the numbers mean next to the Tech Knowledge. Second, it would be nice if there were tooltips about the selected tech so I know exactly what I'm giving and what I'm getting. For example I am able to trade Civilization 3 and Warfare 1 and an AI has Warfare 6 available. I have no idea what I would be giving or what I would be getting. This is something that could use better

Adding units to armies? in FE Beta Elemental Forums

For the life of me I can't figure out how to add a unit to an army that is on the same tile. The only way I can add them to have them on separate tiles, then move the unit to the army tile. Any help is appriciated

Well I dont think it has anything to do with auto join, because I'm not tying to auto join. I'm saying if I already have a fleet set up and I just want to randomly add a few more ships to it, I cant. Well I can but I'm trying to figure out if there is an easier way. The way I have to do it now is select my fleet, then shift click all the units i want to add to it, then hit create fleet again. Yes, I understand I can have them auto join a certain fleet, but sometimes I'd rather have the ships stay put for defense reasons and assign them to a fleet later. Ideally I would love to just select the units and just R click on the fleet leader icon so they can join the fleet. I swear it worked for me one time, but I cant get it to work again.

Ok, I understand ships are added to your fleet(after being built) if you have a fleet leader in that gravity well. Now if I build a ship without the fleet leader there, they just sit there, which is also fine, but when I want to put them in a fleet I can't figure out how to do that. Is there an easy way to add ships to a fleet besides selecting them all and hit create fleet button again? Thank you

Thanks I will take the bigger fleet affect into consideration. How do I make other treaties other than Alliance? I have not seen an option for anything else, even on Close relations.

How do I make a Trade or Tech treaty? I did not see an option for that, just alliance treaty. I only have Dread Lords so I don't know if thats the problem.

I've been playing this game for a few weeks now and I'm still stumped on how to better relations past Friendly. For example the current game I have the same Alignment, +5 and -1 in Relation Factors, and Have been giving tons of money and free techs to this one race and it just stays at friendly. Another race has Close relations with me, but has different Alignment, +3 and -2 in Relation Factors, and have not traded or gave anything to them. It doesn't make sense to me.
