Makes you wonder why the government just bought a crap top of Iodine: http://www.storyleak.com/government-stockpiling-iodine-fukushima-meltdown/

Ah sorry. I meant Children of Storm. lol Good tip though and thanks for the link. I've installed a handful of mods. Making sure beforehand of course they're compatible with COS. So far they are all from the Nexus site. Question though, is there a mod out there that changes the music? I've done a mod that adds better battle sounds, but I would kill to replace the harp music. Just not very... domination adventure feeling to me... And... how compatible are mods with the DLC&#

Hello all! Was looking around both on here in the forums and Nexus mods. I'm definitely going to snag the Stormworld mod. But am curious as to what mods that are also recommended that are compatible with it? Thanks for any tips or info!
Missed this on the first readthrough: + Burning Blade, Stoneskin, Summon Fire Elemental, Summon Earth Elemental, Summon Shadow Warg, and Summon Ice Elemental can no longer be cast twice (once with the strategic version and once with the tactical version) What's the point of being a summoner if I can't have an army of summoned creatures? I dont think diablo 3 will do as well as they want, i got to tinker with Path of Exile. It's waaay darker and more enthralling. To bad its a F2P model, or i'd actually play it. lol

Warlock is an excellent comparison sound wise. If I can click it, it should make some kind of sound. The sound effects feel like they are only 20% done at this moment. HOWEVER, this is something they are aware of and will be addressing in another patch/polish update. It's on their radar, or so I recall them saying so anyway.

I like this idea, makes more sense. But more importantly, it will mean less shards. I heard those are suppose to be rare... lol Advocate of less shards but more potency per shard!

I miss dynasties too from WoM. It was one of the few unique things they had right in that game. Not to say it could use a little tweaking, but it definitely helped make you care more about your realm/kingdom/whatever. =)

Could not agree more. More summons in general. I wish for summing to be an conquering choice, not a frill side by note. Honestly, I think it's also stems from my need to have anything other than humans in my armies. I just find humans boring. Ogres, drakes, elemental creatures, anything NOT human options would be welcome.

Really, I just wish you could pick your spells per lvl. The higher the lvl, the bigger badder spell. I find myself going down a element path just for 1 or two spells, and then chucking all the rest to the side. Except fire of course. If you don't have fire, you don't win. Okay, an exaggeration, but it really is much harder to try to focus on anything other than fire and be as effective battle-wise. Gimme AEO lighting with stun effects, or be able to summon up armies instead of

I'm just tired of going to fire spells every battle. How I would love a dmg spell from any other element to replace firedart. lol

I know they've said no way, but I'll say it anyway. Outposts, via pioneers or magic just don't feel right in this game. I honestly think there should be a hell of a lot less resources, and the few that do exist be much, MUCH more potent. Keeps or a type of defense structure resembling outputs that you can build on top of them to safeguard from roaming monsters or other kingdom/empires make much more sense to me. Would clear up more room for important stuff, like dungeons,

From my understanding. If FE is successful they plan on adding MP. They have "footholder" coding there. There's just too much for them to do with the single at the moment for them to tackle both. I just hope MP comes out as a patch, and not an expansion. I dunno if people would wait that long.

Agreed. I would really love to see these in the core game. It would add more of a dash to the rpg side of that game. I loved King Arthur The wargame because this. Actually, I really want to see more quests period in the game. I'm lucky if I run across one or two it seems. And they are so very brief. A good chance to help the player immerse themself in the lore/world should never be passed up.

Yeah... I hope their not planning to release it soon. While it is hands down WAY better them WoM. It's still no where near completion stage in my mind. Please don't release it until it's ready. I actually really want this one to succeed and become a classic. =(
This is something I have brought up too. But here's the thing: Do you WANT dwarves and lizards because you want to see different visuals? Or because you want races you relate to or because you want them to play differently? Don't say "all of the above" since that's a cop out. But what specifically are you looking for?
Frogboy. Personally, I want them to look visually different so I can feel more immersed in the game. It's Kingdoms vs Empires. Nothi

I voted "fair" I'm still piddling with the game, my direct comparison is for Age of wonders. Best game ever! I would love to see this game reach classic status. It has a very long way to go though. Note enough of everything really. Sounds are lacking, combat is lacking, visually it's pretty, (except for empires DARK purple landscape) but other there just being more "stuff" it's doesn't look at all that different from WOM. It plays a hell of lot better, but that's n
