I'm having a bit of a problem tryin to build my kingdom. It's at lvl 4 and I am dominating pretty much everything on the map, I have the civilization tech on lvl 24 or something like that etc,. So I have the materials to build whatever I need but it seems like i have to destroy something in order for my build list to let me put something somewhere. Is this a bug?
