Apologies LordXia, for the accidental sieging of your castle. We were filming a new movie, and the actors got a bit carried away. SAG messengers have been dispatched bearing remuneration. Angelina Jolie, pretender god of Agartha

On the contrary, Angelina Jolie welcomes all nations to send observers to view her latest reality series called, "Agarthan Captain and the World of Tomorrow". She's going to bring all her friends to the party! The denizens of Arcosephale, once peaceful under the reign of their Great Thinkers, have been corrupted by vicious television-and-movie hating demogogues. These so-called rhetoricians are proclaiming some nonsense about the power of debate, logic, and public spea

I don't think I've got time for another one, but I've got a buddy looking to join. I'll send him your way.

Angelina Jolie wishes to understand why the people of Arcosephale are suddenly at war with her? Our troops are mobilizing, but there is still time for you to pull out, no harm no foul. --Edited to add Ah, wait, I have PMs, lol. Hang on. Agartha will send their finest ambassadors, Messrs. Papa and Razzi, to negotiate with the thinkers of Arcosephale.

Only if peace fails will she send in her giants, fire elemetals, earth elementals, and umbrals. So far, relations have been equitable with both my neighbors T'ien Ch'i and Arcosephale. I have also briefly shared a border with a sight-seeing army from Pangea, but they were just passing

I'm sorry you aren't enjoying the experience enough to repeat it, Elana, I think it would've been fun to see you around again from time to time in Dom3. Angelina Jolie continues to spread her fame across the land, albeit more slowly than some other factions.

As an aside, everyone here is familiar with bringing a pretender god back after death? Priests have a "Call God" action. When they take that action, they generate 1 point per priest level. After 40 points have been generated, the pretender god comes back. So two level 1 and one level 2 priest could bring a god back in 10 turns. Downside is the reborn pretender loses one skill level in each path of magic (but not bless effects).

Dear nation of Yomi, please allow Angelina Jolie to express her sympathies regarding the loss of your own personal pretender god. By way of consolation, I pass along this famous folk saying from the nation of R'yleh: "That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with the passing of strange eons, even death may die". To Hinnom, Angelina Jolie sends her apologies for missing your fine feast. While travelling westward, she encountered a band of barbarians. Out

Yes, it looks like Louist and I are now in contact with each other. I'm in the very bottom right corner of the map, with Arco just north of me. Abyssia must be in the general area as well, but I don't believe I've seen his candles yet. Arcosephale, my apologies, but the prophet Jennifer Aniston was at some magical ritual called a "photo shoot". I'm not sure why she's taken a grudge against this "photo" person, but she neglected to send a mes

I'm in St. Louis, so CST for me. I've got a 3 month old baby boy though that eats up a fair chunk of my free time. Computer gaming is done odd hours while he's asleep. :P Given the severe consequences of turning in a "stale" turn, I don't see a need to further penalize slowpokes. We'll be donig well enough if none of our players have to drop, and if the turns are going too slowly, well, we can just shorten the timer...

Mercenaries! I knew I was forgetting something. I should've been bidding on mercenaries. Also, I have found black candles to my North. To the unknown pretender god living on the Eastern edge of the world, in the middle area, I salute you, and bring the tidings of the Agarthan (apparently slow :P) people!
