Yes, I will be returning the game. Once I evaluate whether or not you can in fact receive a refund in a timely manner. It is possible however, that #1 of the "Gamers' Bill of Rights" could be cleverly side-stepped as #4 was. If not, I'll consider the 50$ a lesson learned. First off, I've come here not as a "crank", not as a troll, and not as a pirate who downloaded an illegal copy of "Elemental: War of Magic". I've come here as a paying customer who researched the game (and it's faults), watched videos of it's game play, and read forum posts by it's designers and it's CEO.
