I find it odd that anyone would drop the charisma for their sov. The games that I have where I am quickest to get to powerhouse stage are where I have managed to hire champions with bonuses right away and that is easiest to do with a high charisma. The difference in the early game between paying 16 gold or 45 for a champion with +1 to gold, arcane, tech, or prestige is huge. In my most recent game the dragon (Sarog?) did not join me at the conclusion of the quest. In the same game I had the Destiny's Tutor quest which still doesn't work. Level 2 quests were potion quests. Level 1 quests yielded small amounts of gold. Shouldn't all quests be more rewarding than just stopping on a goodie hut?
