I figured out the problem with the "End Turn" issue from above. It appears that I have a boat on auto explore and for some reason it is making me move it myself. Once I move the boat the turn ends without me having to press the end turn button again.
In addition to the above I get the follow issues: 1. After a few hours of gameplay I get an "Out of Memory" error forcing me to close the game. 2. At some point in the game I will hit a spot where I click the "End Turn" button and it will not end my turn. Even if I exit the game and load from a previous save. I also agree with Mike...
