Ok...standing on the balcony and smoking a cigarette i had an idea. :) I try to explain. For C: At the moment we can marry and have children. These children can be powerful champions or we can marry them to other factions. But they are "useless" until they are grown up. Give us another diplomacy option: let us give our underaged children as wards to other factions. These alliances are not as strong as alliances originated by marriage. We can still

@Gorgon Got your point, really. It wasnt thougt as a offence. All i hope for is, that everybody calms down a little bit and i was hoping my (broken english) words opens the other point of view. Nothing else :)
I think we need to move on from it was released in a bad shape. Disappointment posts about how it turned out are all over the forums, I doubt anyone else can add anything to the discussion. Lets move on and talk about the future instead
At the moment i only have one wish. Can we wait until 1.1 before everyone goes on with all that drama, all that overblown critism? I´m not a fanboy. I realize the issues in the game. But come on, its a game and SD is working. What else can they do? What they really need is a little bit of motivation and realistic feedback (not only the bad things :) ). Sry, but I´m anxious for peace. :) (I´m a socialworker.
@ Beerzilla I think we can assume they are professional enough to know what they do. ;)
Less fun? Not for me. Right now creating a sov. without organized feels like creating a sov. with a penalty. Now i´m free to try something different...
No offense, but how about we let the professional developers set their own pace. Offering suggestions on how to improve the game is all well and good, but telling them the method they should be using or the pace...that's just arrogance. Put another way, let the adults do their job so that we kids can play.
I´m not a kid., but thats sooooo right. :)
Yes. In tonight's slipstream sy

Today? wow.. Thats fantastic. Even if you can manage only few points from that list. :)
SD should realize their vision of elmental. They ask for the help/ideas of the community. This offer is so unusual at this time in the bussiness. But I get the feeling some people think Stardock can realize everyones vision of the game and thats not possible. 1.08 seems to be a step in the right direction. Its seems to be more challenging. But i have not tested 1.08 enough. Pls, dont forget it was written that this Patch is a first step. Real gameplay changes are announ
Save / Load solved that Problem for me. But I had it too...
Sounds really good, but i have to test it tomorrow. Damn 6h difference between EST and CET... :)
Leverkusen - Trondheim, 4:0 :D ...and still waiting in pleasant anticipation. :)
Great idea! :)
ok, your horse is way too high for me. No karma, not named in the credits. No problem. Go on. I can ignore your post.
I startet some other games. DA: O, Torchlight and SC 2, but i get bored after 10min of playing. Good games, but i really like to play Elemental. :) So... i will go on reading "Otherland", altough its also boring at the moment. Part 1 was good. But "River of blue fire" ... I read 300 pages and nothing happens.
Really, I'm NOT proclaiming for You. I'm proclaiming this for Those Who Want It
I understand that. You wrote it once or twice. And your "official" Thread is ok. I have nothing against it. You want that and you fight for that. Everything ok. In this request-thread you describe what you want and everbody who is with you could say "Yes, i want it". But other threads are started and written in another context. For example this thread. Frogboy asked f
I think adding more units to the unit counts as so many of us want to see
@ravenx Pls, can you stop proclaiming this. There are also many players, who dont want this. For example me. :) Isnt one big thread enough?
I really really dont wont that. Sry!
I´m here for 2 weeks and i dont care about what was on the table weeks/month/years ago. I dont wont total war -battles. Maybe this battles look epic, but i really dont like the gameplay, the rush and in the end its always a big bunch of pixels. I like battles in a HoMM Style (never played MoM) and thats what i get.
Great! :)
@wayninja Its a gift. Its right, at the moment i dont hold it in my hands. But its a gift. And i have learned that i should say "Thank you". For me it has something to do with good behaviour.
oh yes!
Version 1.08 has mostly been bug fixes and work on getting MP ready to launch. I did some balancing and AI tweaks but most of the gameplay updates won't happen until v1.1. v1.09, which comes out later this month, will be almost purely about performance, compatibility, and fixing bugs Now, v1.1 won't be some completely new game. It'll have a re-done UI in parts and the magic system is changed. Beyond v1.1, the first
I´m curious to hear news about the content, the fixes and the balance - things in 1.08. :) But i will wait patiently. ..... ok, thats a lie. ;) But i wait. :D
Truly right! But its 11.54 pm in germany, so i go to bed and read upcoming news tomorrow... :)
