That's exactly why most people are angry here: they know how to do their jobs, so why haven't they done it? You will answer "they are doing right now", and we all know that too, and we all appre

A game that is advertised as the ultimate mod game should, at least, have all mod tools available since its release. I understand that many people may not see it that way, but that's just my opinion based on the fact that this point, in special, had intense advertisement. Even so, I
Thanks for all the guys who answered my question about the current possibility of AI tweaking and combat system revamp by a mod. I think the lack of those in a game that was advertised as the ultimate modable game is quite sad. It would be even if the AI rocked. We freak players always find some new weird strong strategies that developers had no idea of, and it's nice to implement the AI to behave like that if the conditions are met.
That's another cardinal sin in a game billed as mod-friendly.
There are so many sins about the promises made upon the release of this game that I think this one is just a footnote. We wouldn't be so desperate to mod the game if it weren't so bad overall.
This thread has lots of great ideas for the improvement of the game, some of those I had myself. But what amazes me is that since the beggining of the development of this game I hear one big thing: "this game will be the ultimate game to mod!". So here's my question: can't we mod this game into a better AI and implement the new combat ideas? Becouse if we can't do that, there are a lot more games that didn't make any fuss about being "the ultimate game to mod" that can

"balance: 8/10" Even if they've reviewed the version 1.07, this single note disqualifies the whole review. There is no balance whatsoever in this game. The reviewer either suck enough for the AI to be a challenge (witch means he has like IQ 40 or less), or didn't play the game at all.
Dear Brad Wardell, It is quite pleasing to see your post, though I think it came a little too late. Maybe that was the time needed for some reflections of your part, I don't know. Still, better late than never, right? Sometimes people can get harsh. Angry people plus the anonymity of the internet equals no social restriction. Then people post their most basic feelings, without anything to restrain them from talking whatever they want. But it's mostly an outflow, harmless.

I hear people complaining that they promised multiplayer and didn't deliver... Why aren't you complaining about they promised a GAME and DIDN'T deliver?
Let's make a quick summary of the problem then! - The game is bugged to the core, making us Stardock fans to become Stardock haters. - Then a fellow member of the comunity creates a way to adress one annoying bug of the game. - But if you make the correction yourself, Stardock disaproves and your game stop working, so either you play the way they want you to - bugged - or you don't play at all. Or you can wait more days without playing the game you bought, waiting for
I've just registered here to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Heavenfall. You're an inspiration and an example to the comunity, and a reason for Stardock people to be ashamed for just existing. I hope they learn from your passion and perception. Best regards.
