Too many changes might create a lot of undesired side effects... good luck with these. Thanks for the hard work anyway, still following all that, but for now I'll wait for 1.1 too... I also side with those asking for more options for the graphics (like disabling some animations). My graphics card is really to hot while playing this game, and since it's a turn based game it should not use that much power ! Keep up the good work then ! :)

Hey for now apparently the person responsible for programming the ai is in hollidays (see the post "Uncanny valley of the moon". So for now, just be patient, the fixes are flowing, which is a good sign. And about "this game is not finished", well I have seen commercial games worse than that. I am not sure I want to try this : we know there are still things to balance in the game, and there are a lot of patches these days. So my fear is that a few later games modifications might be hidden/altered by these mods. Maybe after some time, when the pace of the patches will be slower !

I played for a few hours last night, and I would say that the biggest lack is role play content ! I mean the sandbox mode is not bad to see what the game has to offer, but it feels quite purpose less. There is really a great need for big campaigns, especially considering the impressive size of the maps, with good scenarios. The current campaign is just a big tutorial though, it's just a start... Yes I join the thanks thread too :) ! Yesterday I decided to buy the game, and followed it more closely then : 2 patches in 2 days, really impressive work ! Here in France the game got 3/10 in a test at gamekult.com, they just stupidly took some test info from uk apparently and wrote about "Stardock CEO tells not to buy his games, well then no chance we'll buy them then", without investigating at all.
