I truly hope this game will be better than MoM, mind you, I love the masterpiece but 16 yrs later we can demand more ;) As for now the biggest fear I have are the calculations, 1dN systems are just... Wrong IMHO ("h" not being there for sarcasm), we need some better calculation, maybe even a division between to hit and damage. Also new unit stats like individual elemental resistances would be needed in the long run to truly mod MoM (You hit Fire Giant with Melting touch

I second this, we should have 2 keys to cycle units, military and civil. Not so sure about unit using "guard" IIRC there's also a "Fortify" ability, that would be better to esclude from cycling since, I suppose, units fortifying have a defense bonus.

Nice! You make me remember my old miniatures and the hours I spent painting them! I still have all of them around but nowadays I use a nice free software called "maptool" to simulate battles when we play! Looking forward for the finished Dragon!

There should be an hard limit on enchants, I've never stumbled upon it, but I'm sure I've readen so in the forums. As for city upkeep, nope! Feel free to spam Lev 1 settlements, they won't cost you nothing unless you build huts or market (not merchant) in it. (I hate city spamming!)
Amen to that! But since magic is in need of a total rework, I don't know what would be balanced or not. My opinion is that Tactical regeneration should be limited to some special units (Like the Fire Giant, with his 3 starting MP is not much of a cheat), otherwise is just too abusable. Seriously, we need gaussian! 1dN randomization is not enough to have interesting choices, it could work in a game like GC II, because in the end the statistics will favour the better fleet. But in a game where tactical combat is present, you need the ability to weight your options. The only way I could see the current system working is by separating "to hit" and "damage" rolls. That way you can keep 1dN
