Thanks a whole lot man! I really appreciate it; I ended up submitting a ticket to their support as well, and finding the answer on my own after I downloaded impulse and saw that it was the same thing as steam... Still, it's depressing to buy a collector's edition and not have the disc run.

I just bought the limited edition. And the disk will not run on my laptop's DVD player. Because the case was inexplicably difficult to remove the disc, I fear that I may have damaged the disc by taking the case. Disappointing design on the disc holder gives a horrible first impression.
