I would call the ai being able to spend gold into infinite debt a significant enough bug to be on the 'master' list. (sorry if this has already been mentioned)

yes. I've also had this ridiculous problem. Please fix!

I had the same problem. No way to win the war with never ending enemies. Im done till they fix this one...
