What happened to the citizens in the towns? I used to be able to zoom way in and see them...doing...citizen things. Now I zoom in on ghost towns. I loved seeing the citizens. It was so cooooool... And no, I don't have zoom limiting on. I'm zoomed in close enough to knock on the windows of the study. Give me back my citizens, dang it.
