That's the same conclusion I've come to. I'll see if I can in some way get a probability tag to work. Thanks for the answer.

Heavenfall, I see that each of your races has two PossibleAITrait . Have you found a way to increase the maximum number beyond this or do you know if there is a way to adjust the probability of the AI gaining a specific trait? Regards.
If you want to see if the AI is attacked, you can open the game with -cheat. "C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\FallenEnchantress\FallenEnchantress.exe" -cheat, and then Press Ctrl-U to see entire map, and ctrl-Z to have the AI play turns automatically. In this way you can see that sometimes AI pioneers are attacked, and sometimes they aren't. :)
Thank you very much. :)
This is mostly a question directed at Heavenfall and Seanw3 as I hope you can help me.^^ I've recently started modifying the game to make the experience more pleasing to me (stop AI from pioneer spamming) and I hope to have solved it by removing town building from the pioneer and made a settler unit with the ability instead for 10x the pioneer cost. Now for my question, can you tell me how i can test it with a revealed map with only AI players to see if they actually uses th
Microsoft Word doesn't. :)
Sounds like a very interesting idea to me, although I am a bit confused about whether you mean unit or group, the times you say "armies". :)
I for one do like research but I agree, it has to make sense, and right now I'm mostly forced down the same road of techs so it's really not fun nor challenging. I think there needs to be more techs, so research has a diversity to it instead of the way it is now. And maybe all the wartechs (at least the simple ons of them) could be available from start, after all heroes around the world of Elemental is using the items (I know, in this context we're talking about the making o
I agree that tactical battles could be better, and it would be lovely to have it more fleshed out, but i don't think changing everything is the way to go at it. But I do think that initiative have improved combat alot, although it still (as with most of the game) needs to be tweaked and tinkered with. :)
In my opinion, you don't really need a Stack of Doom. I tried playing the game as a RPG with just my sovereign (no settling, heroes etc.). It was very fun early on and you really had to be careful around those deadly stacks. :) But after a while he just steamrolls everything and the challenge in the game is gone. :( So to summarize, I think it's fun walking around being an adventure and doing quest, but as it is a strategy game, something in the sovereign/champion handling and
This sounds to me as a really good and cool way of getting the lore to be part of the game, and not just something extra that most people don't care about. :)

I realize that as the player, with no warning, that would be pretty annoying to see, but thematically it kind of makes sense that an earth elemental of his power would absorb and be healed by Earth magic. This brings me to a related point.... I really wish that there was some way to see what special powers

[/quote] I had the same problem in a game where I had turned off auto-end turn. I think it's because of units set to explore holding up the game. I had an explorer and the game wouldn't continue unless I manually moved him. Then he died, and the proble
I’ve been playing Elemental: Fallen Enchantress since the 26th, and I really like the game, but there is still something missing. It feels to me like a much improved version of WoM, and it’s not because of the crashes and bugs, it’s just missing that last ingredient that really keeps me captivated for a longer period of time. :( I really like the start of the game because it’s fun, exciting and it challenges me. But after some time it’s just reduced to wait
