Having same problem. Not running ATI, I did however install the game to my G: drive as I have no space on C:. Trying an install on my backup system.

Am running winxp, did a reboot and it is working just now. I did not reboot since downloading the game. (I hope/think this was the problem.) Thanks all BTW no error popped up.

Hi I just bought an online download of Elemental last night. When it runs I get the dragon intro screen, then everything goes black. The sound works fine but the screen stays black. I updated the drivers, i meet all the specs, I even resized my screen, but I see nothing but black. Any ideas? Very disappointed, I buy a new game every month and have never had any problems like this. I just bought starcraft 2 and it runs seemlessly. Please l
