As I've played Elemental in the past week, I can't help but feel an overwhelming, almost crushing sense of déjà vu. I go back to the way I felt with those early builds of Galactic Civilizations II . It's sometimes exciting, sometimes frustrating, and sometimes daunting. It's equal parts learning a poorly documented but cool game and trying to read the mind of Brad Wardell. When I'm trying to figure something out - caravans, the tech tree,

I installed Impulse into my D drive where I keep my games, but even so EWOM ended up in my C drive. I did not see any option to chose where the game would be installed. When did game developers decide they knew better than I how my computer was to be organized? When my box copy arrives I will try to reinstall the game on my D drive and if this does not work I will return it for a full refund. I am sick and tired of arrogant developers trying to impose themselves on h

Does the editor package have any story telling tools, such as pop up text windows, introductory text windows, etc? I like to design maps that have strategic, tactical, and story components.
I will be making maps for this game, I am really looking forward to it. Soulclaw the Necromancer will be continuing his epic journey that started in HOMM2, went on to HOMM3, AoW, AoW 2, AoW:SM, and now to EWOM.
