Why the severe limit of 1 caravan a city? At least give me two so I can build roads connecting to various factions and more complex road matrixes.
research diplomacy, there's a tech for 2nd caravan
I get my city labels flipping to ai cities instead quote often, which is annoying to say the least. I have had tactical combat lockup when moving units to where all I could do was autoresolve. I am not sure why yet, but if I figure

I had to use IE even on joeuser, FF blocks that upload mechanizm that utilizes flash. Reminds me of new imageshack bundle uploading that didn't work for me first too, but apparently it got fixed
we should be able to choose a specific target inside a stack without the complicated stacking/restacking. A single unified trade/equip/buy screen
+1, also it's annoying you can't cast anything when in a city, not even city enchant
I had to disable smart colors because of that, but you can still mistake them if you don't have a border color nearby to check.
Shortsword won't make you run faster because you need 2 points of c.speed to move 1 tile further and weapons only give you 0.25-0.5. But your point is right, especially how sword or even 2-h longsword(the one with 15 attack) is faster than a dagger. And obviously combat speed is working strange, you can strike even with 0.1 action points if i'm not mistaken. Would make much more sense if movement will be the same as on strategic map.
It's looks stupid how single units/single unit from stacks jump from one corner of square to other just to be able to show proper combat animation. I don't care about strategic map but squares in tactical combat are unrealistic and uncomfortable.
