Hey guys I had the same problem as you do and I emailed them at stardock sales. I've received a response that they do have and have had my preorder in their system and that the confirmation email is not being sent or anything. So as long as you got that receit of yours and your order number when you ordered it via impulse you're fine. They have your order and everything's alright.
To answer to those things regarding me previously..I did not get any email of the sort, however in the impulse store after my purchase I did get my receit number or however it's called, and it did tell me to save that page or print it and if I have any questions to talk to [email protected] . I've got a Intel i5 clocked at 3.2 ghz if I'm not mistaken, 2 gb ram and a geforce 9800GT with 512mb. Wondering if that's enough to run the 3d side of the game? I'm not that bothered by the waiting on the end of turns.

Could someone explain to me..I preordered the game for digital download.. am I supposed to get some sort of confirmation email? I know it told me I preordered at impulse but after closing it I have no information whatsoever if it is done or not. So just wondering if this is normal..
