I would favor this idea as Civ does for the most part, but I still hate most end game maps that have crazy roads that go everywhere, the continent with roads in every grid square.

I like the idea that meager little men or trogs tend to be toasted morsals for the dragon. Its a bad a** creature of the game. I don't mind the sacrifice but I would like to see an option to bring reenforcements to the battle if my faithful followers go up in a pyre of flame for a dragon snack as long as more can come do battle and feed the dragon more once my cannon fodder have been sacrificed to the firey beast. I Like the idea of some things that would have the devotion of substa
Seems to me by late game status there is less monsters and the only xp sources are the other kingdoms/empires. Maybe addinging a little more xp gain to fighting them instead of realy low amounts in comparison to monsters. If not that allow fram pools to be left open with existing monster lairs so you may simply not collect the goodies and allow more respawning monsters of that lair to stay active. Whats wrong with a little inner kingdom monster lair? You have options to raze oge
In the same regard I would like to see road links destroyed if an outpost/city is razed. What good is a road building trait if you really never need to use it? Or maybe have an option to raze the road segment. Not really fond of a landscape littered with road threads leading to nowhere once I burn a outpost/city to the ground. Its one thing that has annoyed me through the entire series. Thaty said love the game.
