Since quite a few areas seem to be unclear a list with the major shops worldwide carrying it would be great.

Are there any plans to make the game (especially the CE) at least available in euro online stores such as amazon? No Impulse.eu yet? I would buy at your impulse store but 15€ for shipping alone plus customs puts the CE over the price of two games. I would really like other options besides overpriced CE or download for boxed price.
