Hi there! Here's some familiar nick from TKI. As for me, I've desided to wait at least for a couple of months, then start to play. It seems, well, quite prudent decision ^^

It could be notorious ATT-thing . Try to close Ati Tray Tools.
So, you solved the issue just closing ATT, without uninstalling?
yep
Closing ATI Tray Tools saves the day
As it turned out, hyphonz is right: I've closed ATI tray tools and Elemental is running. Hey, Stardock-guys, this gotta be fixed!
Hi! We're still companions in misfortune
When I run Elemental black screen appears for a second, then I'm thrown back to desktop. I've got this problem since my first launch of beta. The exact same issue is described here , here , here and in couple of beta-threads. I've tried: - Installing the latest video drivers and DirectX - Deleting all Elemental file
If worst comes to worst, I could bring my rig by the shop if it helps, Stardock is like 15mins up the road from me.
Let's hope it won't run to that )
I tried to find the dmp file, but my C:/programdata doesnt have it?
.dmp file is here: \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic
I've got the same problem
