I concur, nation guides by the community are a good way to get a feel for the game. You can find them here . Also, solo play is fun too, though less than multiplayer.

I concur. Plus, I find myself annoyed by the Civ-like "play a few more turns" pop-up window when you want to quit the game. It is more frustrating than titillating. The only reason such a pop-up window should exist, in my imperfect opinion, is to prevent the risk of quitting the game unintentionally by hitting a common key, e.g. when in Dom3 you hit "e" for escape. Even in this case, I am not certain it is the best way to do it. Anyway, keep up the good work!
Is there anything we need to do to make us eligible for beta when it comes out? Also, while I pre-ordered the game, it does not appear in the Impulse cart. Is that normal behavior?
