Most of my general issues have already been addressed by other people, but there are two other specific glitches I have noticed. 1. Controlling the wildland city, Deorcnysse, gives a massive boost to the power rating (~200 I think). I've seen this both when I controlled it and when an AI did. It doesn't seem to make sense, since this city is pretty much the same as any other city. 2.
