Yeah I'll have to try to reproduce it again and maybe capture some gameplay of it.

First expand very aggresivly, if lose 1 planet but gain 3, so be it. Tech up to trade buildings for cash income and culture. Tech up military to 4, pump out titan. ??? Win That's versus AI if you're wondering btw.
1. I like it 2. Meh interesting but meh 3. That sounds pretty cool actually 4. No
This is acually usually why I make most of the aircraft on my capitals fighteres, 66% fighters and 33% bombers, just so I can keep my fleet decently safe, while still being able to deal out some remote damage, the reason for this is because I usually prefer to kick out lots of caps with a few supporting cruisers in small attack groups.
I'd also like to see more random events, maybe some less influential ones. Your idea though... no, that's what titans are for.
The goverment switches sides, too. On a more serious note, due to the really slow speed of culture loosing a planet and the ease of defense against it, it would make the recently buffed Deliverance Engine quite worthless again if Aux Gov would protect against that too.
It got buffed? I must've missed that, what exactly did they change? I might start using it again ^^ On-to
Ah okay, that's exactly the case, the 162 culture planet only had 1lane, the others had 3-5, thanks for clearing that up. And yes, Open Rebellion happens without enemy culture, you could've already moved your borders passed that planet (last known capital of defeated faction) and it will still keep spawning open rebellions there no matter what. I agree there should be a way to decrease or eliminate rate of planet destruction by open
That's not entirely true Yarlen, personally I find myself losing planets regardless of whether or or not there is enemy culture present, and sometimes my culture isn't even below 30%. Is there another event which also causes you to lose control of planets aside from partisans?
That would be the Open Rebellion event instead of the partisans event. The game spams open Rebellions
Quoting wbino49, reply 1Open Rebellion: Never liked any spawned attacks from out of no where. Losing the planet instantly is a double NO NO to the devs. But it is realistic, not like the rebels want to bomb their own homeworld, killing billions of people.. It's like in the past the former colonies would bomb their own lands to dust instead of declaring immediate independence from the French o
Also what is the point of the graveyard? A whole bunch of derelict ships and you can't salvage them or board them. Unless I am missing something.
I guess their idea was that space travelers setup a outpost in the debris field for the sole purpose of salvaging any materials from the wreckages. Which explains why you can only get a limited amount of tactical points and that's it, I
I've played 2 random games since the new DLC, the first one as TEC rebels, the second on as Vasari Loyalists. On Random Vast Single and Random Huge Single. The first issues would be that Open Rebellions are instantly popping planets as soon as the the rebels for the event spawn in the system. This includes fully upgraded planets on full health and any number of allegiance, is an open rebellion supposed to instantly destroy a planet everytime it spawns? <
I still see every kind of planet just fine, played 2 games, vast-single and huge-single random (non-competitive).
