I can't get it to upload it says my key that I WON is not valid so I uninstalled the game to try again and now it won't even show up to try to get it..........shit I wanted to try it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a GeForce 6600GT with shader 3 and it runs decent on cloth map....I think you'll be like me and want to upgrade ! I do own a ATI 9550 card and it's worse than the GeForce !
I wondered at this point if the actual PC requirements had been determined ? Minimum & Recommended. I remember a long time back reading that the resources for this game would be surprising low. Not knowing anything about C++ or whatever code the game is written with I'm a bit dissapointed with the graphic card requirements. So is the best thing to buy a newer pc...I really want your thoughts because this system runs all kinds of new programs no problem ? The game just freezes..scrolling in and out is horrible and it drags real bad....so this is the best it will get on my PC ? I run sims3 and it runs pretty good.
The reason the driver is over 5 years old is because the game runs worse on the brand new driver. So if I get a NVIDIA GeForce 7600GT will that be great or so so ? And thank you for your swift help !

I have been playing through these BETA's and it is getting to the point I don't even want to play anymore. Every time I start a game it runs very smooth but as the game progresse's it get so choppy and slow or freezes up and after so many times I'm mentally worn out. I have played many games on my PC including Anno 1404 and it plays smooth so I know my system ( Not the best by any means ) is decent. I was able to download a modded map and it loaded perfectly. I also have very sluggish response when the city's details are visible. The cloth map is very smooth.....I have a 3.0GB processor and GeForce 6600GT, needless to say all the whistles and bells are disabled.
I really gotta tell you that the gameplay I have experienced just in the beta's is very entertaining ! The city expansion and development is very simple and as simple as it is it still requires some thinking to make the best decisions. Their are four different ways to win the game and you can choose one to four of them....and er yes you can win by eliminating all the others factions. You really should do yourself a favor and invest the money for this game, you won't be dissapointed !<

I saw a comment by one of the designers that the beta 4 will run much smoother so I know you will be ok.....also the cloth map is rough on mine too !
I currently have a pentium IV with 1 GB memory...my issue that concerns me is I have a GeForce 6600GT 256mb graphics card. The beta's run very ragged on my system, and yes I know that beta's are always a bit choppy. I wonder if the final release will run smooth with some of the options turned down or off. Any help would be appreciated ! And because this game really has me excited I have to thank all involved for what looks to be a fantastic turn-based game !

Based on what I've seen as well as played just in beta 3b I honestly believe that when all is said and done, this will be one of the top selling games of all time. This game is such a new and refreshing idea in turn based gaming....some might say that it's like "Civilization" but in the little time I have spent messing with beta 3b I am going to say that this is much better and so much more fun to play ! For all involved I say that perhaps you have created the perfect role play game.
My performance really gets bad when a city is created, I wish I knew what all the settings are for ? I mean not the standard stuff but the others.
