I paid 6 days ago expecting them to charge me immediatly,they didn't and it got to yesterday and I received an happy email stating that they failed to charge me,ok then got my mother to put more money in the credit card and sent a ticket at stardock stating my problem which they happily replied by saying that my transaction didn't fail because I wasn't charged. I supose this is the first costumer support that at least acknowledges my problem by stating it. The problem is that
