How to always have a photo on the front of your desktop in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hello all desktop customizers, I have a problem: I would like to have a photo always on the front of my desktop. So that I'll always see this picture on my desktop, also when I open a folder or an application/game it is displayed on front. How can I do this? can you guys help me out with this? Thanks, Hanna
