In the build queue for a city, it would be helpful to be able to click and drag buildings/units in order to change the order in which they will be built.

It would be helpful to be able to get more information on technologies from the tech tree. Right now, if a given technology allows me to build a given building, I can mouse over the building's icon, and its name will appear, but nothing else. It would be helpful if I could hold my mouse there, and have more information come up (eg. the building's effects on my city), or else if I could click on the icon and have a screen describing its function come up.
