Is anyone else still missing the Limited Edition copy that they pre ordered and pre paid for? I can not get a response from their sales or support emails. Can anyone please help?

The game crashes within a few minutes of stating. Sometimes it does not even boot up all the way. They also never bothered to send the box I paid for with my preorder. Beta was good and ran fairly well. I did not see any crashes that werent commonplace. The retail version cant even be played. You should kept this one in the oven until it was done Stardock.
