@ Ryat - Seems like ZombieRus5 is already taking the ball and running with it. Checked out his link and saw the light. That kind of stuff is far beyond what I was thinking. Can't wait to see his mod finished!

How 'bout it? Being able to play as the pirates! They could have thier own economic system based on ties to the black market. Maybe you have limited logistics but your frigates are BADASS. Maybe you get a limited number of cap ships but like frigates they're real battlewagons. There could be unique military techs that focus on hit and run, escaping a bad situation, and bumrushing your enemy with everything ya got tactics. Anothe
I'm using IE8 on an ASUS laptop that's less than a year old. Asus.msn.com was the default homepage when I bought it and I never changed it. I know the situation I described seems to be very unlikely, but I ask you to believe me, because it did happen.
Sure Doc. Don't know how to create links yet, but the site was - asus.msn.com I clicked on a news article that was on their current events slide show header and it redirected me to a related site containing the article. Also a window popped up telling me the Live Messenger was being installed. Like I said NO "do you want to install?" just "you'll eat it and like it."....
I'm wary of installing ANYTHING from MS because I clicked a news topic at the MSN website and it INSTALLED Live Messenger WITHOUT asking me for ANY permission whatsoever. MS Malware? Seriously? Has this happened to anyone else?
THanx Devs! My Trinity is now hotfixed!
Using trinity here. Cant get 1.019f for it either.
Using Trinity retail DVD here. Also another interesting issue after I updated to e[rc] on impulse then reverted to v.1.011, diplomacy still shows version 1.19e on the main menu screen. Impulse shows I am using v.1.011. I started the game through impulse and from my desktop shortcut both yielding the same result. - v.1.19e
O.K. Here's what I did. Being new to Impulse I did not know you could archive and then revert changes. I was stuck with e[rc]. I uninstalled, reinstalled using my retail DVD, updated to v.1.011, archived at said version, installed e[rc] (again), reverted to v.1.011, and found that still only e[rc] was available. If I did something wrong please tell me.
While certain politicians may be greedy, they know it is best to keep the wealth in the hands of their constituents so they can regularly and repeatedly skim the cream off the top. These scammers are not just greedy, they want to ruin your life to line thier pockets. Not to mention the thrill of it. And if you think that's bad just remember thoughout the history of disasters there have been those among the survivors - yep right there in it - who have tried to scam and exploit the p
Only 1.19e[rc] available on impulse for me too...
@ Ryat (reply#669) - Right, I understand that. My point is my Impulse does not have "f". I just checked again to make sure. Only e(rc).
Nope. Uninstalled Trinity, Reinstalled from retail DVD. Went to Impulse got 1.19e(rc). Main menu screen for Diplomacy says 1.19e. Auto casts are still broken.
My Impulse doesn't have version f either..
O.k. thanx 4 letting me know about the hoshikos. Did as SithlordAJ suggested and re-read the ability. Thanks 4 the help.
When I use Hoshiko Demolition Bots on an enemy cap ship I am told that "Ability cannot target this type of object" As I am new to using Hoshikos in a Micro fashion (I used to just keep them in the fleet and let them do whatever it was they did) - I never noticed this until now. Is this a bug or has it always been this way? Also Rapture Battlecruiser - when I manually use Vengence the target circle comes up to select what to target but when I try to target it turns to the
Can anybody direct me to a site or forum post? I like creating custom races but want to avoid using pre-existing minor-race logos. That way I can identify those buggers when their planets show up in my territory!
It's by the toolbar in the ship editor that let's you resize the parts. I believe the button says "animate".

Played a game using smaller pop caps and adjusting my building strategy to reflect them. Approval on All planets stayed high even as caps reached max. I even built an economy strong enough to effectively counter a "spies everywhere" mega event and still stay in the green! Once again good tip and THANX! [e digicons][/e]
Come to think of it approval was going down as population was rising...[e digicons]>_>[/e] Thanks!
What concerns me most is the potential of these soc sec numbers being sold to foriegn companies that may be associated or under the thumb of their government's espionage department. Sounds like a good way for them to give the shaft to the tax system of an already ailing superpower.
Does it in DL - I Skipped over DA - and went straight to TA. Does it in TA. All races I tried + custom race in DL and TA - same thing. Appoval could be excellent on all other planets but homeworld approval is a doomed ship that sinks fast. I'm pretty sure I use morale improvements and bonus tiles (when available) correctly. When I do morale improving research approval raises slightly then drops even more. I've even had 2 morale resource bases each with level 3 mining i
Bad Idea - Toffee made with human sweat instead of salt water. Good Idea - explaining that Fashionable Non-conformity = hipocracy = emo. Good Sir, I slapyomama!
