Update: I have tried the following things: Rolled back my video card driver - No change Updated to v1.19g - No change Tested other games: Magic Duels of the Planeswalker - works fine King's Bounty - Armored Princess - works fine Civ V - works fine Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It seems as though the issue is related to the resources on the screen, such as farms and shards. When my person is on a section of ground where there are no resouces, the video seems fine. Same if I scroll the window away from the resources.

I started a new game after updating to 1.19f, and everything went fine until the game tried to show the map. The fog of war displayed fine, but then the map just has a bunch of redrawing polygons on it. Other games work fine, haven't updated hardware nor drivers since playing previous version (which worked fine). Using ATI Radeon 5670 video card on Windows 7 x64. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
