Same thing happens to me two - tried two new games and when i try to open diplomacy it crashes - will do a full download and try a completely fresh install as well

happened to me too - i managed to save the game fine however and when i reloaded they were back again...

yes that happened to me too Markus - i no longer have the launcher as well - and just had my first crash to the desktop - although this one wasnt an out of memory error as i had just started a new game and elemental was still only using just under 1gig

since i have been having the dreaded OOM errors i am giving this a buzz - have uninstalled now reinstalling - will reply to this thread if the same thing keeps happening...

Let me 2nd or 3rd that :) yup exact same quest will crash me out to the desktop (have only tried tactical battle so far) - i win the battle and then CTD straight away - and yes completely agree re the appearance - i thought holy crap when i saw the big spider - a couple of firestorms and they all went down but that teeny weeny one took quite the pounding! [e digicons]:D[/e]

heh yeah i had that happen to me with a new game i started too :)

yup add me to the list - spent all day playing to turn 356 and then suddenly unable to click the end turn button and using 'enter' does nothing as well - just thought it was some sort of turn limit!

well preordered my copy now as well so heres hoping for beta 2! :)
