there is a nuetral hero on a gold mine that i can build(its in my influence, i have the materials, etc) i cant select the gold mine, it always defaults to the hero. is there a way to select the gold mine?

Im having the same problem. I never get the kid to spawn either, by being shown or by having the party slowed, and it remains open all game. happens in multiple games now.
