Multi-glitch in War of Magic Stardock Forums

One, I cannot get a harbor to sit so that the ships can get into the ocean. Two, I cannot disband the two ships I have built. Three, I cannot turn in Midnight Stones for quests. I needs answers, because this is annoying.
