Can't Complete Tywom Quest...? in Star Control StarControl Forums

Spoilers, Natch, and a bug? I've successfully defended the Tywom at the Mu'kay trial. Got the meat puppet, used it, did lots of things, only to later realize I still had the quest outstanding. I had to tell the Tywom home world of my success; that's the only step in white. But at Tywomia, I have no dialogue tree to tell them. Any ideas? Is this a bug? I did things way out of order...
