I have also noticed a bug where if I load a game and my army hasn't moved for that turn, I can usually only move 1 or 2 spaces no matter the terrain or the amount of movement points I have. The armies receive their normal move bonuses the next turn though. There is also one terrain (I think it may be swamp) that looks like plains that slows you down. There may be several factors going on here. If you have others in your group with only a 2 move rate, that would affect him. It may also be that you are moving through terrain that costs more to move through, such as forest.

I have to say that I agree with a lot of the suggestions you posted in here. I really hope they put different types of ships and mounts in one of the patches due out. I kept waiting to unlock a new type of horse the first few times I played, to no avail. Even my "special" horse I found during a quest was just a normal horse.

I like the cards better also. I also like how some of these spells require different mana sources to cast. I wonder why they dropped that concept, as that would make your mana choices more interesting.

I also disagree with the 2 rings and 1 amulet thing. I would rather see a limit on wearing the exact same item. That way you could wear 5 or 10 rings, but they would need to be different rings.

I like my "Mr. T look" wearing about 30 necklaces and 20 rings.

I usually only end up imbuing one champion. The rest I give those potions that add 0.5 essence to. That way when they level up you can increase their essence skill. In my last game I probably found 20 of those potions and had a small army of spellcasters destroying armies with their blizzard skill. Nope, my leader of that group now has enough essence to cast it and it worked fine. It would be nice not to have to save his mana for teleporation if another group member could cast it though.

So, I married this heroine named Cuessusaa that I hired. I think she has the merchant skill if you read her bio. After I married her I noticed that her portrait was that of a baby, not a full grown woman. The other odd thing is that her skill says channeler if I click her on the map. Is there anyway to change a group leader? For example, I have three heroes in one group. Since most of their names are so ridiculous I can never remember them, let's call them Bob, Hank, and Phil.
