I asked this question before and for some reason the post was removed. Was this an offensive question? Why? Or maybe it was in the wrong place? trying in general. If it gets "nuked" again maybe I could get a personal email telling me how I am offending. A longtime customer.

Or simply prevent their net movement from exceeding some bound... or only allow charge if they have not moved yet. I don't really understand what you mean by a mana cost in any case. Charge seems like an intrinsic ability of a unit (or does 'mana' gate how long the cool down is for a unit). Charge seems like bash for example.

I agree. This game is at the point where it can become a true classic if they focus on polish and refinement now. Personally I would like to see even more diversification of races/factions then Children of the Storm brings. I would love to see many distinctive units per a faction as was done in Age of Wonders. Then simply more monsters and questions and heroes. In short more 'stuff' will keep things fresh. (p.s. I have quest DLC already).

Thank you for a very impressive mod. I are trying out the centaurs. I notice I can move them and then activate charge andanother their 4 mps out of them.giving them essentially 8 mps! I feel like I am exploiting the design or is this functioning as intenplay. I want to play the centaurs 'realistically'. ;) Thanks

I have followed this game since its inception. In fact I preordered the first release. Even after the disappointing initial launch (iI decided to wait after all the negative commentary for later updates/releases) I continued to steadIly lurk through the next year for Fallen Enchantress. This I tried a bit but did not find compelling and was put off by indications the AI was passive/not challenging. When LE came out I tried a game and really liked the spirit of the world and the no

Thank you. I'd not paid attention to penetration, nor thought of shield bash manipulation. I stand correctedand educated :)

I like how bash weapons vs axeshave been differentiated. But the Spear seems to me to be much weaker. It is uncommon for enemies to line up in a way that is readily accessible. Do others agree that spears are weaker? If so I have some suggestions for improving them: -- up initiative within 2 of an enemy (reach) -- allow mobbing benefit from 2 squares away --increase armor penetration -- benefit vs cavalry -- if next to neighboring spearman increase defe

Hi, I am being dense and don't understand rush. It says it gives an extra action. I click on it and use the ability. I glow. I then move/attack and don't seem to get anything extra. How do I realize "extra action" Thanks p.s ok I think I figured out I can get an extra move out of it,but not an extra attack. Correct?

Interesting argument. Europa Universalis III is interesting in terms of interesting decisions and change. Because the other countries are very active in the game in terms of warface and diplomacy the game is kept 'interesting.' Especially if you play medium to small powers. I don't see quite so much energy of that sort in Civ IV. Maybe because there are typically so MANY busy neighbors in EUIII. Maybe elemental would benefit from having many AIs in the game and of different sizes.. and
